I’m Tiffany, creator of Planners4Kids. As a mom of three, I know how challenging it can be to get kids on a schedule. I also understand kids’ confusion about days of the week. One summer, my kids would constantly ask “Is today gymnastics day?” or “What are we doing today?” I could show them my planner, but I thought it would be even better if they took ownership of their own schedules and thus their own lives.
I tried buying a planner for them, however all I could find was planners that were geared toward adults. The lack of pictures and the abundance of superfluous pages left them unengaged. They needed something simple and fun. That is when I decided to make them a planner just for kids.
When I realized the potential for other kids to learn organization through the planner, I began to make more and survey how they were being used by other kids. I consulted with teachers, researched, made multiple prototypes, and finally created Planners4Kids. My goal is to make kids planners for life!
